MALE_LAB is a brand of Nutrio Group.

We sell MALE_LAB Men's Supplement, a food supplement with L-arginine and zinc, 60 capsules per bottle, intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not a medicine and does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

The price is €49.95 per bottle including Dutch VAT. Shipping is €3.95 within the countries we serve and free on orders over €45. Prices shown at checkout are final. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at the moment of ordering applies to that order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline an order, for example if the product is out of stock or if we cannot verify that the buyer is 18 or older.

Payment is handled by Shopify Checkout on Shopify's own secure environment. We never receive or store your full card details. Payment is due in full before dispatch.

As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us within that period using the model form below, or any other clear statement, and return the product within 14 days of notifying us.

For hygiene reasons, sealed food supplements that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned. Unopened bottles in their original sealed condition can. Return shipping costs are yours unless the product was faulty. We refund the purchase price, and the standard outbound shipping cost where applicable, within 14 days of receiving the return — in practice within 5 working days.

We ship to the countries listed on our Shipping & Returns page, with the delivery times stated there. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned, except in cases of intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or where Dutch or EU consumer law provides otherwise. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal conformity guarantee, are not affected by these terms.

Dutch law applies. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence. You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
