Shipping is €3.95 per order and free on orders over €45. A single bottle of MALE_LAB is €49.95, so every single-bottle order ships free.

Delivery times count from dispatch and are indications, not guarantees. If your country is not listed, email info@nutrio-group.com and we will tell you whether we can ship to you.

Orders placed and paid before 15:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after that, and orders on weekends and Dutch public holidays, go out on the next working day. You receive a tracking link by email when your parcel leaves.

Everything ships in a plain, unbranded outer box or mailer. Nothing on the outside names the product or its contents, and the sender name on the label is Nutrio Group.

You can return an unopened, undamaged bottle with its seal intact within 14 days of delivery. Email info@nutrio-group.com with your order number to start the return, and send the product back within 14 days of that notice.

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, bottles that have been opened or whose seal is broken cannot be returned. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — in that case we pay, and we ask for a photo so we can arrange a replacement straight away.

Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we refund to your original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.
